Onsite Design Brief And Survey
Timeline: 2-3 hours, approximately one week after the Zoom call
One week later, we meet you onsite to measure the space and fine-tune the design concept.
This is where we align your vision with the realities of your outdoor space.
First Draft Concept Design
Timeline: 1 hour via Zoom, delivered within 7 days of the onsite survey
A week later, we present the first draft.
This is a cohesive Birds Eye view master plan bringing all your ideas together.
You'll also receive an initial estimate for the landscaping installation. This is where the design starts to take shape.
3D Design Renders and Proposal
Within 7-10 days, you'll receive detailed 3D renders with day and night video animations of your design, so you can see exactly how it will look.
Alongside this, you'll get a fully tailored proposal including start and finish dates for the installation.
Project Management Visit
Timeline: 2 hours, scheduled approximately
7 days after contracts are signed
